Excellence Reward

The incentive bonus and excellence reward:
The secondary school pays 80 pounds to the student who gets very good grade in the first year and increases to 120 pounds to the student who gets excellent grade in the first year. The top thirty students in the secondary school at the republic level are rewarded 120 pounds and the student who get very good grade is rewarded 60 pounds in the next year.
