Dr. Osama Ismail Honored for Consecutive First-Place Research Award

The Faculty of Agriculture at Alexandria University congratulates Dr. Osama Ismail Ahmed Sultan, Lecturer in the Department of Food Science, on receiving first place for his research for the second consecutive year. The award, presented during a ceremony at the Faculty of Agriculture, was part of the Dream Mashreq competition in collaboration with the Scientific Society of Food Industries, promoting research in food quality and safety. The project was conducted jointly with Dr. Hanaa Salem Gazawy and Dr. Reem Mohamed El-Husseini, under the patronage of the University President and the Faculty Dean. The faculty extends its best wishes for continued success and achievement.
