Minia University – Faculty of Agriculture has released the official list of documents required for application and admission for the upcoming academic year. Prospective students are advised to prepare the following:

• Original Secondary School Certificate (Thanawiya Amma) plus 3 photocopies.

• 3 photocopies of the student's National ID card.

• Original modern, computerized Birth Certificate (with triple number) plus 3 photocopies.

• The final Faculty Nomination Form plus 3 photocopies.

• A plastic document holder with a clasp for organizing the paperwork.

• 8 personal passport-sized photographs, each clearly labeled with the student's full four-part name and National ID number.

• A photocopy of the guardian's National ID card.

• For male applicants: Form 2 Gend (military status form) + the original of either a recent Form 6 Gend or Form 7 Gend, or an official underage exemption letter.
